We have some of the prettiest farmland around here and will use the fall season to capture it’s beauty! In this class we will concentrate on the different elements of landscape design and perspective. We will study distance, the sky, trees, buildings and foreground using chalk type pastels to create a pretty neighboring farm picture that sits next to our country property. Students will finish the class with a good understanding of landscape principles and leave with a picture ready to frame!
We will work mainly outdoors as the weather permits. This class will be held with a minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 5 students.
*I will supply the pastels needed for the class. If you have your own good quality pastels please feel free to bring them. If you would like to purchase your own pastels, I recommend Prismacolor NuPastel brand, these are a good pastel to start with and there are so many colors available, the more colors the better!
